You've got 14 days from when your item arrives to request a return.
Return shipping costs are on you. Order shipping costs are not refundable.
To return an item, it needs to be in the same condition you got it—unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Our Milan store does not accept returns.
How to start a return
Email us at [email protected] with your order number to get started. We’ll send you instructions after approving the return. Unapproved returns won’t be accepted.
Refunds
We’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days once we receive and inspect the return. Shipping costs are not refundable. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.
No exchanges
We don’t do exchanges. If you need something else, return your original item and place a new order.

Non-returnable Items
Gift cards can’t be returned or refunded.
