We choose the fastest service available based on your address.

Order Processing

On business days, all orders placed by 12:00 PM are processed on the same day.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. Orders are shipped to the address provided by the customer during checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure all information is accurate and complete.

SPECTRUM is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by force majeure, such as adverse weather conditions, local holidays, strikes, or other union actions.
In the event of package loss due to the courier's fault, the customer is entitled to a refund after the necessary verifications are completed.
