Taking Over was, for nearly 15 years, Italy's go-to underground graff zine, printed strictly in black and white because, when letters stand out, color becomes secondary. As part of the Graffiti Books collection, this anthology honors Roberto Malpensa, aka Repo, a TO founder and true pioneer in the Italian graffiti scene. From the hardcore xerographic prints of the early days to the more refined high-definition Offset editions, the mantra was always “Keeping it Real,” without compromise. This book compiles the full collection from 2002 to 2015, initially distributed by hand and later through our Graffiti Mailorder.
