PLEASURES is a streetwear brand born in Los Angeles from an idea of former vintage retailer Alex James. In just a few years, the American brand attracted worldwide attention, becoming a real institution for those seeking a marriage between music and fashion. The foundation of the PLEASURES aesthetic is in fact based on a DIY ethos affiliated with various musical subcultures - punk, post-punk, metal, hardcore, new wave -, with which James grew up. The brand's real strength is the graphics on its garments, with collections inspired by street culture in general and of course all those bands that Alex James idolises. This T-shirt is part of the collection dedicated to the British band New Order, born from the ashes of Joy Division after the death of Ian Curtis. The 'Power' tee features a 100% cotton construction, with a large frontal print of the cover of 'Power Corruption & Lies', the British band's second album released in May 1983: a true milestone in the history of rock music.
