Real Bad Man

Founded by former Stüssy art director Adam Weissman, Real Bad Man looks more of an artistic collective than a traditional clothing brand. This Cali-based project started off reprinting vintage band merch and producing music tees for emerging bands. Backed by his longtime friend and creative Noah Butkus, the pair combine a zealous activity of sampling and repurposing cultural elements that borrow elements skate culture, hardcore and deejay music, movies, magazines, posters and drug-related culture. Their spontaneous creative process and the satirical ideas of the couple led to the Real Bad Man logo, a criminal selling fake watches, and results in a clothing offering that incorporates graphic tees with bootleg prints, 5-panel caps, fleeces, hooded sweatshirts and accessories.
